Harold, Where the Heck are Ya?!

Welcome to a new contest here on ItsMrC.com called, "Harold, Where the Heck are Ya?!" Harold is a Spotted Turtle stuffy that I got on a trip to the Como Zoo. If you have been in my office recently, you have probably seen him chillin'. Well he will be the focus of the new contest as he will be biking around the Twin Cities with me and we will be snapping photos in very specific locations.

How this works: I will post a photo of Harold and you all will have to figure out the SPOT where the photo was TAKEN. Not the subject in the background, but the specific spot where I took the photo. There will be context clues in the photo as well as in my descriptions. SO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS. I will have a certain window of time for submissions and will not accept anything after that.

Once you think you know where Harold is, go to Google Maps and drop a pin on the exact spot you think the photo was taken and email that pin to Mr C.

Email dropped pin to Mr C: mchopra@hennepinschools.org

I have made a tutorial on how to drop and pin and email it to me. Watch the video for help.

The contest will be open from 12 - 7 PM today, 4/24/20. I will not accept submissions after 7 PM and will only accept submissions from a @hennepinelementary address. Use your school email!

I will give out TWO prizes today for either the two closest OR the first two that are closest. Just depends on submissions. Today's prizes are All-City Cycles water bottles that they were very gracious to donate to this project! All-City is a bike manufacturer from right here in Minneapolis!

Please email me if you have any questions. I want everyone to participate so I will help you any way I can.

Here is the photo! Good Luck!

"Harold and I wish we could catch a game, but we could not.

The draft for this sport was last night. Where the heck is Harold?!"

Participate. Have fun. Stay safe. Don't be nasty.
